Peak into the secrets of Kobe Beef A special visit to the non-public areas of Rokkosan Pasture in Kobe City

At the non-public area of Kobe City Rokkosan Pasture, you will have the opportunity to actually view Tajima beef, the source of Kobe Beef. This special experiential program includes a presentation on breeding methods and historical background from cattle farmer.

Learn to make Kobe Beef Gyoza A gyoza-making experience at Ganso Gyoza-en to learn about Kobe food culture

You get to try your hand at wrapping gyoza while listening to a presentation on the historical background of gyoza filled with Kobe Beef. This is a special hands-on experiential program where you can try Kobe Beef gyoza that you make yourself.
